Allan – Managing
Director
Nicole is a fully qualified member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants in Australia with over 14 years of experience
both as a practicing Chartered Accountant and `hands on’ commercial
experience in companies ranging from small business to multinational
corporations within industries from IT, professional and financial
services to manufacturing and construction.
Nicole has been a member of the management team of IBM Global Financing
which was a leader in IT equipment financing for many of Australia’s
well known companies. Nicole has also attained accreditation as a
Member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and is
a Responsible Officer and Advisor in Derivatives for a company which
holds an ASIC approved Australian Financial Services Licence.
This broad ranging background of experience has enabled her to provide
a standard of excellence in assisting customers with their lending
requirements.

 Paul Walker – Senior Consulting Finance
Broker
Paul Walker has more than 10 years experience
in the financial services industry including the last 5 years as
a mortgage broker. He has provided literally hundreds of people
with lending options including experienced investors, business
owners and developers, first home owners and retirees.
`The fact that many of my customers are either existing clients
coming back to update their finance situation, or are their friends
and family that have been referred to me, shows me that I am
offering the right service’.
Paul has worked with customers from all over Australia and even
overseas however his specialty is the Southern Highlands, Illawarra
and Goulburn areas. As an associate of Nicole Allan and CBF Solutions,
I have been able to enhance the knowledge base that already exists
in the business to include lending to people in non metropolitan
and rural areas.
 Lisa Dance – Office Manager
Lisa works tirelessly to ensure that
a superior level of customer service is maintained at CBF Solutions.
This can involve liaising with the client to ensure documentation
has been received and is being handled both internally and by
lenders with a level of efficiency and accuracy that clients
deserve. Lisa tracks each loan and is a key member in post approval
and settlement follow up to ensure that nothing has been left
to chance.
Another key area of the business is product and industry research.
Lisa compiles and distributes the latest lending product information
to team members to ensure they have the very latest information
on hand.
Lisa’s background in economics teaching and also the financial
services industry means that she is a natural source of knowledge
in many areas.
